GRANDEUR CATERING A company in the catering business is looking to hire a customer service person.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Communicate with customers
• Sort out deliveries
• Open and manage customer accounts by recording account information.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
