As a sales and marketing agent, you main role is to provides first-class customer service in order to push and promote the sales of products or services assigned to you by the client. You are to act as an intermediary between the client and its potential customers, you will make necessary phone calls, deliver proposals, make follow up phone calls, send emails, set up meetings and answer enquiries as required to ensure sales.
Requirements
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Proficiency in English
Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Customer service focus
Persistency & Flexibility. You should have a friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
Basic administration skills, Basic Computer Literacy, Maths and
and Accounting skills
You should have an excellent understanding of social media platforms and be active on them(Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.)
You should be creative and have excellent marketing skills
Proven working experience in sales and marketing ideal but not essential
Track record of over-achieving sales quota
You role will be to
Engage in superior customer service by making information readily available to prospective clients
Be proactive and persistent in sales even under pressure
Demonstrate/explain (pitch) products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
Call, visit and schedule appointments and meetings with clients as necessary
Answer questions from clients
Deliver proposals in person and digitally to prospective clients
Find creative ways to sell products in adverse market conditions
Research client base to find new types of customers and sell to them accordingly
Create a plan for gaining and retaining customers
Present product and services to potential customers in an appealing way
Meet sales quota set by the management
Set up booths at trade shows and demonstrates the quality or uses of product and services
Demonstrates superior time management skills and meet sales deadlines
