Job brief
We’re looking for a shop floor manager who will manage, serve customers by answering their questions and selling merchandise to them. Also ensure a pleasant shopping experience, showcase the goods in the best manner possible, take inventory of the current stock and reorders products as necessary.
Responsibilities
● Promote products or services to potential customers.
● Increase sales by enhancing the exposure of products.
● Cold calls, direct mailings, advertising campaigns and email customers and introduce products.
● Negotiate fees and prices with customers and set price list.
● Devise new marketing ideas.
● Perform extensive market research.
● Place orders for products.
● Coordinate and monitor the maintenance, integrity, and security of several databases.
● Execute segmentation of brand plans.
● Deals with customer queries and complaints
● Oversees pricing and stock control
Requirements
● Sales and Accounting experience.
● Social media savvy.
● Excellent communication skills
● Computer literacy.
● Good dress sense.
● Presentable.
● Organisation and multitasking abilities.
● Negotiating skills and ability to prepare reports based on research and performance results
● Bachelor Degree in Business or Accounting relevant field.

Salary range: 60k
