Job brief
We are seeking a proactive, analytic, highly motivated individual to join our offline marketing team. This person will be responsible for managing offline marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
● Develop strategies, media planning, and execution of offline campaigns to increase customer growth and improve conversion rates
● Optimize campaigns and leverage media agencies to support customer acquisition goals.
● Analytics and Reporting – Maintain the daily, weekly and monthly analytics and reporting for the different offline marketing channels.
● Manage creative assets and support the company's business objectives (Awareness, Conversion, and Revenue).
Requirements.
● Experience in marketing role ideally in an e-commerce or B2C company ● Ruthlessly analytical
● Bachelors degree in marketing or relevant degree.
● A strong communicator.
● PC Literate (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
● Networking and communication
● Attention to detail and proofreading
● Offline Marketing Processes
● Able to adapt in a constantly changing startup environment propensity for testing constantly and a constant advocate for marketing excellence
● Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.
● Proficient in Excel, and familiar with Google Analytics and data visualization tools.
● A strong knowledge of both digital and offline marketing is essential.
● Particular knowledge of direct marketing including catalogs and email marketing
Location - Lagos
Salary range - 50 - 100k
