Seven 8 Play ground is looking to hire an energetic, proactive and competent individual to fill the role of a Manager.
Manager Job Duties:
Manager will be primarily responsible for:
• Coordinating and monitoring the overall activities of the operations staff
• Taking bookings, sending out invoices and issuing receipts
• Managing calendar and bookings
• Ensuring adequate maintenance of the grounds and the equipment
• Coordinating and monitoring events at the playground
• Communicating regularly with customers to maintain excellent business relationships
• Keeping records of expenses and income and managing budgets and accounts • Ensuring prompt resolution of customers’ compliant/issues
• Developing periodic reports on operations
• Carrying out other duties as assigned
Manager Job requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree within a minimum of 2:2
• Accounting & Bookkeeping Skills
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Time Conscious
• Tactful and diplomatic
• Good managerial and organisational skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good presentation skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Conflict and people management skills
• Ability to multitask, strategise and be proactive
Location: Lekki, Lagos.
Salary: N45 - 60K
