A company that specializes in event planning, co-ordination and implementation is looking to hire a rental coordinator.
Responsibilities and requirements
· Excellent attention to details and motivation is required at all times.
· You must have strong QC capabilities, data entry and exemplary communication skills.
· You may be required to work independently or in a team environment when needed without day-to-day supervision.
· Understanding of guidelines and expectations must be known for all events.
· You will be required to plan, organize and supervise events in both local and remote locations.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed for your job to effectively interact with clients and vendors.
· You will be required to multitask most times.
· Detail oriented with strong organizational skills a MUST
· Familiarity and interest in social networking is a plus.
· You will be required to provide customer service to a culturally diverse constituency of internal and external clients.
· Must thrive in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
· A sense of urgency, attention to detail, and deadline-driven is required to perform your duties.
· Flexibility a must to work weekends, evenings, and early morning hours
· Fosters long-term relationships with other associates and our clients.
· Focused upon and participates in “solution/resolution-oriented” ways of business on a daily basis. Saying “I don’t know” is replaced by “Please allow me to find out”.
