Job Description
We are looking for social media managers to manage our clients social media accounts.
If you're a whizz with social media and understand how engaging multimedia content can be used in marketing, then this may be for you. The main purpose of a social media manager is to lead an organisation's social media strategy, build and maintain the brand by; Creating content, Monitoring posts and campaigns, Engaging customers and Reporting back to the client. The aim is to create brand awareness, generate traffic, engage customers and promote conversions - generate sales.
Requirements
Ideal Social Media Managers should:

have social media advertising experience
-
have graphics design and edits skills & knowledge or be willing to learn
-
have an excellent understanding of social media platforms, including their respective strengths and demographics (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.)

be creative and analytical
-
be experienced with social media planning and engagement, including building and maintaining an audience across social media platforms
-
have customer service experience
Responsibilities
As a social media manager, you'll need to:
-
develop a social media strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement
-
manage all social media channels such as Instagram Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google + etc.
-
plan content and delivery and manage multiple social media channels
-
develop and manage competitions and campaigns that will promotes the organisation and brand
-
write engaging blog posts and articles
-
create engaging multimedia content such as videos, and/or outsource this effectively
-
work closely with clients to develop and maintain short-term and long term social strategies and set milestones for measuring the impact and effectiveness of social media campaigns and strategies.

work with client budget to create effective campaigns
-
create and manage paid social media campaigns and generating reports on reach, impressions and engagement for all campaigns
-
post and engage your customers daily to build brand awareness and audience

Supporting your marketing strategies and goals by creating new ways to drive traffic, increase conversion and generate sales

work closely with the brand to develop/maintain a voice and tone consistent with their message.

stay on top of industry trends and development in social media, advertising, marketing and devise ways to incorporate them
-
form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms (you may need to build a social media team made up of promoters and influencers)

manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
-
monitor and report on performance on social media platforms using use analytic measurement tools to provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on metrics for each platform such as Google Analytics

regularly liaise with clients via telephone, email, conference calls or face-to-face.
What we offer:
Pay ranges from N10,000 to N50,000 Monthly (Per Client)
