JOB DUTIES
• Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
• Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
• Promotional activities
• Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information
• Writing and proofreading creative copy
• Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics
• Organizing events and salon services
• Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Coordinating internal marketing and an organization’s culture
• Monitoring performance
• Managing campaigns on social media
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Writes and speaks in a clear, understandable and courteous manner; Written work is usually error free; Listens and responds appropriately.
• Experience working in hair care, skincare, cosmetics or beauty industry is highly preferred
• At least 2 years in broad Marketing , business development, program management or related experience
• Displays original thinking and creativity; meets challenges with resourcefulness; generates suggestions for improving work; develops innovative approaches and ideas; presents ideas and information in a manner that gets other's attention
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Strong ability to make oral group presentations; persuade others to accept a specific opinion, action, etc.; provide information or explain procedures, policies, etc
• Experience in marketing to physicians is a plus
• IT skills
