1ST LEISURE EDGE HOTEL AND SUITES
Job brief
We are looking for a hotel supervisor to oversee all daily hotel operations and assist the hotel manager with all management tasks.
Responsibilities
· Supervising operations in all hotel departments. This includes the laundry room, housekeeping, and the kitchen.
· Supervising front desk operations such as guest check-in and check-out, room inventory, and incoming phone calls.
· Supervising staff members and delegating tasks as necessary. You will also train the front desk staff in hotel protocols, guest registration, and other duties.
· Assisting the general manager with management tasks such as creating employee work schedules and distributing payroll checks.
· Maintaining the hotel’s inventory and order new items as needed.
· Interacting with hotel guests to ensure they receive a quality experience. This includes answering questions and addressing customer complaints.
· Inspecting guest rooms and all other hotel areas for cleanliness and ensuring that hotel protocols are being followed.
Requirements
· Good sales skills are essential.
· Customer service skills are a must-have.
· Strong leadership skills and management experience.
· Great communication skills.
· Effective time management skills.
· Applicant must be highly organized.
· Ability to pay good attention to details.
· Applicant must be computer savvy.
· Applicant must possess at least an OND qualification.
· Applicant must have an experience in the hospitality sector.
Location – Magboro, Ogun State.
Salary – N 30,000 basic salary + feeding allowance
