
An Administrative Intern must have the knowledge of the following:
. Provision of effective customer service relations and communicating clearly and objectively
. Principles and Practices of Public Administration and Organization appropriate to a company
. Elements of business writing and proper utilization of the English Language
. Organizing skills with the capacity to organize work and exercise initiative
. Prepare and Present reports; draft policies and respond to requests for information
Job Duties/Responsibilities
. Creating and sending out invoices and receipts to Clients
. Sending out proposals for prospective customers
. Creating and developing customer database
. Book keeping for office expenses and cash management
. Phone calls to Customers
. Basic Knowledge on Social media management (Instagram) Learning how to use the 'Canva' App
Educational Qualifications
BSC/HSC/HND in the following areas:
. Business Administration
. Public Administration
. Accounting
. Urban Planning
. Human Resources
