It's Monday, the start of a new week, back to the 9 to 5 that brings the checks and sorts the bills. You know it's going to be a tasking week but are you ready for it?
The importance of a schedule has been so downplayed that most people don't even realize how essential it is to having an healthy lifestyle.
A schedule keeps you grounded through the overwhelming events of the day and the week at large. When things get too much and it feels as though you're losing grasp, a schedule reminds you that there is a slotted time for everything and it helps you sort out the excesses that may be acquired over the course of the day. Stress and pressure can tip the mental balance and upset whatever flow is created during the day. If incurred over time, they may be assimilated into the everyday lifestyle and that will promote negative energy.
So we have to ask, Do you have a schedule?
