
STUDENTHUBNG
Studenthubng is looking to hire a human resources/ recruitment specialist. You will perform professional analysis in recruiting and testing, classification, compensation, and other areas of human resources management; gathering, evaluating, and analyzing a wide variety of data and information; and performing related duties as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Planning and conducting recruitments for a wide variety of clerical, trades, technical, paraprofessional, professional, safety, supervisory, and managerial job classes; designing and writing job announcements, brochures, advertisements, and correspondence; reviewing and evaluating employment applications; conferring with departmental staff to develop written, oral, performance, and other exams; reviewing and interpreting exam results.
• Analyzing job classes and positions using information obtained in written and/or verbal form; interviewing employees and supervisory staff to collect information in order to determine job duties, and establish minimum qualifications, knowledge, skills, and abilities; writing and revising job specifications.
• Gathering and analyzing salary data and making salary recommendations for new or revised classifications; gathering and analyzing information on salary, benefits, and human resource practices for labor relations purposes; conducting special studies relating to a variety of human resource management activities.
• Interpreting and explaining company and human resources department policies and procedures, company rules and memoranda of understanding to employees and managers and members of the public; counseling employees, applicants, and members of the public regarding job opportunities and career planning; conferring with departmental staff on human resource practices and problems and making recommendations or developing solutions; developing and conducting training on human resource-related topics.
REQUIREMENTS
• Work experience as an HR Analyst or similar role
• Experience using Human Resources Management Systems
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts and presentations
• Good research abilities
• Familiarity with HR operations including hiring, payroll and employee benefits
• BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field
