AYMIE STAFFING SOLUTION
A domestic staffing agency is looking to hire a manager. You will manage overall operations and be responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the agency. You will also ensure safe and efficient operations. Serving as a company representative on regulatory issues. Enhancing the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting and looking for opportunities to expand systems. Carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company’s policies and applicable laws. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. Relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performing a variety of tasks. Leading and directing the work of others.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reporting to top management. Directly managing and directing Operational staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Recruiting, selecting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling and disciplining employees.
• Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions.
• Planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures
• Contributing operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends
• Forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
• Analyzing process workflow, employee and space requirements; implementing changes
• Maintaining safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
• Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
• Accomplishing operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed
• Managing staff levels, wages, hours, contract labor to revenues
• Responsible for all department managers and supervisors, with review/approval responsibility for all operations employees
• Running a safe, injury/accident free workplace
• Communicating customer issues with team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
• Working closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation.
